Question 1

Who is the coaching for?

Accepted Answer

HVAC, plumbing, electrical and home service business owners who want a team, systems and structure so the company can grow beyond the owner. That includes one-truck operators and owners who are still on the tools.

Question 2

What happens on the free 20-minute call?

Accepted Answer

It is an intro call with Derek, booked on his calendar. You talk through the trade you are in, the size of the team, and the problem in front of you. It is a fit conversation, not a pitch deck.

Question 3

How much does coaching cost?

Accepted Answer

Escape the One Man Show does not publish a coaching price. The free intro call is the published offer. Price, if you continue, is discussed there.

Question 4

Who is Derek Cormier?

Accepted Answer

Derek is the founder and CEO of Climate Experts Air, Plumbing & Electric in Melbourne, Florida. He built it from one truck into a multi-trade company with 75+ team members, eight-figure revenue, and a leadership team that includes a general manager and a COO. He has more than 20 years in the trades, holds Florida contractor licenses across the trades, and is a Nexstar Network member.

What does the coaching actually cover?

Accepted Answer

Hiring, financials, operations, leadership, marketing, and owner freedom. The work is built around the problem you are facing, not a fixed course outline.
